Mrs. Aisha Al-Ghaffari – Chargé d’Affaires a.i. participated in the reception hosted by H.E. Dr. Rashed Hammad Al-Adwani– Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait in Ukraine – on the occasion of the 57th Anniversary of the Independence Day & the 27th Anniversary of the Liberation Day on Thursday , February 22, 2018 and during the ceremony she met Mr. Pavlo  Rozenko -  Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine.
