His Excellency Mr. Hadi Nasser Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Ukraine held a meeting with deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Mr. Ananchenko Mykhailo, the co-chair of the group for inter-parliamentary relations with the State of Qatar and his deputy Mr. Kamelchuk Yuryi.

The Embassy of the State of Qatar to Ukraine, represented by Mr. Ghanim Saif Al-Khayarin, First Secretary of the Embassy, participated in the annual speech of H.E. President of Ukraine Mr. Volodymyr Zelenskyy during the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

His Excellency Mr. Hadi Nasser Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Ukraine, met with Mr. Dmytro Senik, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

H.E. the Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti and H.E. the Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure Mr. Vladyslav Kryklii have witnessed the initialing of the concession agreement for the development and operation of the S.C. Olvia Port - Ukraine, between QTerminals Qatar, QTerminals S.C. Olvia, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, and the State Enterprise Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA), at a virtual signing ceremony in Doha and Kiev via videoconferencing.

In implementation of the directives of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, a cargo plane loaded with urgent medical aid provided by the State of Qatar through Qatar Fund For Development (QFFD) has arrived in Ukraine, in support of the efforts of Ukraine to address the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The aid shipment was received by HE Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba and HE Qatar's Ambassador to Ukraine Hadi bin Nasser Al Hajri.
